Didn't find any yet. Could use 2. I looked at a 2 wheel drive today and it was shorter so I'm thinkin it might have to be from a 4x4.

Got the rear end under it today. Built a set of perches and welded a set of 4 inch blocks to them. Still need to make plates and get U-bolts to bolt it up. Also got a new flywheel and clutch bolted up. Gonna work on gettin the tranny in next I think. Couple shitty pics from my phone. Not likin how far the tires stick out. anyone know where I can get a set of bushwacker flairs for it?

your blocks scare me ;D are you going to weld a pipe between them or something? or brace them down to the housing? they don't look like they will stay there for very long.

They scare me too lololol... ;D There around 8 inches from top of tube to bottom of spring. I plan to box them in good, just left them open so I can get a bead of weld on the inside of them when I weld them to the tubes. I don't want to weld them till I get the tranny and case in and figure out pinion angle. Blocks are doweled and welded to the perches, its all 3/8 plate. I went with a 3/4 inch U-bolt. They will be solid when I'm done with them... Did I read on nsjc you had a spun bearing or something?

did you give up on the truck lolol... thought about it... I finally got a tranny and case bolted up and the clutch working the other day. Put 1 1/2 wedges in the front axle today but not sure if there gonna be enough. Looks like the front shaft still has way too much angle at the case and I'm not sure how much I can get away with. I can't build a tranny crossmember or weld up the rear perches until I figure all my angles out. Still have to make up the adapter for the front shaft and I'm waiting for a 1410 rear slip yolk to come in. I got the orbital valve tacked in place with the steering shaft and lines to the pump done. The list is still long but no time to spend on it ....

Maybe some snow.... lol. Havin some drive shaft angle issues, may have to go with a divorsed case. Either that or lower it a few inches but I can't see that happening. Kinda likin the fact that it'll prob clear 42 or 44's.

Sorry guys... been super busy lately. Haven't worked on the truck in months. Just sold the house and officially have no garage. Going to build a garage at the new house hopefully before x-mas and get back into er.
