Looks like the truck is holding up well for the terrain your going through with it . If you find any extra gears ,4.88's or 5.29's hows about letting a fella know .

Where did you get UHMW?and was it expensive? Hey Rue, I got a sheet of 2'x3' 1" thick for $120.00 tax in. picked it up from Warehoused Plastic 20-24 Akerly, Burnside. When Paul get's some time next week we'll bolt it on the truck for the GAC.

Since John has vanished in the world of Honda Ricers, I'll say yes, he did sell it. No ill-will to John, truck was just stressing him out Its now bouncing around kijiji again though, if anyone is interested in a well-built capable Nissan. I think she's going to start shedding parts real quick though if it goes thru some more owners....

hey, I just got my hands on this nissan and was wondering if any body had any info on it for me (ie. what was the issue with the upper link and was it solved) I just started wheeling a couple years ago and this is my first modified rig so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The upper link mount was redone and all those issues fixed before John sold it. I have no idea what the owners between John and you have done to the poor thing, but last I saw of it, she was ready to rock. Are you in the city? Hope to see you on the trails!

that's good to hear. I live in Windsor and can't wait for the summer. the guy I bought the truck from is an apprentice auto mechanic and it doesn't seem like the truck was altered much at all, except for the installation of a bunch of stereo equipment (more of a hazard than any thing). all i need is 2 6x9 speakers. I am kind of scared that the amp could become a problem if I end up in some water. so much work went into this rig I don't understand why jon would have sold it but I am glad to have snagged it myself.

Good to see someone finally picked this truck up with the intention of wheeling it. I'm sure a run to Ellershouse is in the works for the near future man, you should bring yer rig. Then we can discuss the Curse, lol...
