Just wondering if someone could help me out with my front drive shaft issues. I am running a Dana 60 front and Dana 70 rear. My t-case is a 205 np. The problem I am having is my front drive shaft will not line up with my front axle. I dropped my t-case 2 inches and I have 2 inch wedges in my front axles and still can't line up the drive shaft. I have tried every drive shaft out there and still no luck. I'm running a 12" lift in the truck. I Don't want to put the money out right now for a SCS T-case.

You could try a 1410 u-joint at your front output. you get quite a bit of angle with them. You just have to make up a flange with a tube yoke to make it bolt to the case. A little grinding can add more clearance too. I'll try and get a pic of mine for ya.... its scary how much angle I have at my case. I will also be grinding it out a bit for more clearance. Can you post a pic of what you have now? v8digou has a pic of his set up in his build thread. Similar to mine and quite a few others.

If you go to a 1410 yoke on the case insted of a yoke welded to the flange, it gives you a longer drive shaft. You will need to change out your front output shaft to a ford or dodge.

Noticed a few pics in your project thread, it looks like your using a small block under your front springs. If you use a small wedge instead, it will turn your pinion up and help allot with your front drive shaft angles.

Nope its not a block . Its a wedge out of a Dodge 1 ton truck. I will have to make up a set of wedges this week. Just hoping that with a bigger wedge and 1410 joints my pinion issues are fixed.
