If it is in the members section you would not be able to view it unless you were a member of the board. If I am not mistaking

There is a "Becoming a member" thread in the chit chat section that explains how. Other than that it's up to one of the moderators to give you access to the private section. Bare with a few technical difficulties that will be straightened out soon.
