the ol 78 looks to be a good find!! what size tires are u hoping to run?? must have got a good deal on the ol chev last i read u wanted to go with rockwells!
purcell just brought home 5 sets going for 2000$ a set fair price concidering ther in n.s already!!
keep the pics an progress coming looking forward to seeing it complete!!!

Got the 78 for a good deal last week and it still runs to but the cab is foo-barred ;D Going to run 44s under her or a set of tractor tires.

Well got the Dana 70 out from under the 78 today just to find out that the gears in it is 354..  and the front 60 has them to. FML time to order in new front and rear gears this week. Hope to have pics up in the next few days. |

Well got alot done to the truck this week just have to figure out what to do with my steer. Thinking about going cross steer for now but change it over to Full Hydraulic Steering in the fall.

Just waiting on parts this week so I started on the front bumper and a recovery point. Just got it sitting in for now but going to finish it up tonight.   Hope to have all of my 1410 joints and the studs for the front spring and new tie rod this week. |

Well just waiting for a few parts for the old truck so I started to paint inside and around the door Yesturday. Took the old push Bar off the front and gave it a nice clean look.   Just have to do a little more sanding to the body and she is off to get painted green and than painted on 2-4 weekend with mud. ;D |

Well hope today I can take the truck for a drive around the yard to see how she is going to work. just have to get the box drop off and get a Backhoe in to drop it on the frame ;D.
